Representative and individual
The business park contains two office buildings, a three-storey main building and an additional office floor in building b in close proximity to the production halls.
The office buildings are bright, modern and transparent. They both have a representative entrance area. Well-groomed green spaces around the buildings further accentuate the friendly impression of the building complex. The usable office space in the main building comprises about 1,400 m² with all rooms and traffic spaces offering highly modern equipment. Around 900 m² of this office space is equipped with floor heating, LAN/IT and telephone. In addition, an attractive showroom is available for shared use.
At the business park interested companies can choose exactly the amount of office space and service features they require. All office areas can be sub-divided in semi-open areas or separated rooms with a shared entrance. An integrated floor in the office wing of building B leads to the production halls. A separate entrance for personnel allows short distances to the work places in the halls.
